What is a welcome bonus?

No. A welcome bonus can only be used to play cash games.
How is the welcome bonus disbursed?
Let’s understand the bonus disbursement with an example.
- You make a deposit of ₹100.
- You get a 100% bonus, i.e. ₹100.
- Now every time you play a cash game, 40% of the rake will be paid from your bonus.
- The rake amount needs to be ₹10 or more for a part of the bonus to be used.
- The more cash games you play, the quicker you use your bonus.
Can I skip a code from the first deposit offer and use the ones from the 2nd or 3rd deposit offer instead?
No, to claim the full (up to ₹50,000) welcome bonus amount, you’ll need to make all 5 deposits in order.You can use any of the 4 codes listed for the1st deposit offer (as long as you meet the Min. Deposit requirement mentioned in the table above). Then you can make the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th deposits using their respective codes to claim their respective bonus amount.
Why does the 1st deposit have 4 codes in the table above?
For the 1st deposit, you have 4 different codes. Each code has a different minimum deposit and bonus amounts.
So, if you use the code PSTARS100, your minimum deposit amount will be ₹50 and the maximum bonus amount will be ₹200. However, if you use the code PSTARS150, your minimum deposit amount will be ₹2000 and the maximum bonus amount will be ₹15,000.

- Based on the definitions above, you can read the very first row under the headings in the table above as follows:
  When you make your 1st deposit, you have to use the code PSTARS100. You will get a 100% bonus up to ₹200. The minimum deposit required is ₹50.
- 40% of the rake paid by you will be added back to your account as a bonus chunk every time you pay ₹10 or more as rake. For example, you will get ₹4 as a bonus chunk for every ₹10 paid by you as rake.
- Welcome Bonus disbursement for each code will continue until you get the maximum bonus amount or until the validity period ends, whichever happens first.
  Example: For the code PSTARS150, you will keep getting the bonus (in the installments of 40% of the rake) until you get the maximum bonus of ₹15,000 or until its validity period ends, whichever happens first.
- Welcome Bonus disbursement will happen for 15 days from the date of bonus claim. No part of the Welcome Bonus will be added to a player’s account after the 15-day validity of the bonus.
- The bonus/rakeback can only be used to play cash games. It cannot be withdrawn.
- The Welcome Bonus offer may be withdrawn by PokerStars India at any time if you violate any conditions of the Terms of Service on pokerstars.in.
